Here's the grades on the high-scoring affair at the Coliseum.

RESULT: No. 4 USC 42, Oregon State 36
RECORD: 6-1, 3-1.
WEEK 7 GPA: C


QUARTERBACK

Matt Barkley nearly threw four interceptions but came through in clutch.

C-

RUNNING BACKS

Allen Bradford's four-year wait for meaningful carries finally ends.

B+

WIDE RECEIVERS

Ronald Johnson's game fit but what about Anthony McCoy?

C+

OFFENSIVE LINE

Barkley never got sacked and Bradford had some huge holes.

B+

DEFENSIVE LINE

Put decent pressure on Sean Canfield but nothing special.

C-

LINEBACKERS

Someone forgot to cover tight end Joe Halahuni (127 yards).

D+

DEFENSIVE BACKS

Probably happy to hear Oregon is a predominantly running team.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Damian Williams' TD offsets allowing 166 yards in kickoff returns.

COACHING

Mid-game adjustments were being made, but on the Oregon State sideline.
