Scott, do you think that Chris is playing hurt ? There has to be a reason why he's not performing like he did in the first half of the season?
A: He said his back does not hurt. I don't think that is why the linebackers struggled in recent weeks. Sometimes, opponents just find things out after studying quite a bit of film on certain players or units, and exploit it. And then if you do not make adjustments, bad things can happen.

Hey Scott, here is a band related question.
When the Spirit of Troy was performing to the crowd on campus before the game, it appears Dr. Bartner kicked a tuba player out of the band. I'm not sure the reason, but during the performance Bartner became very agitated, pointing towards the tuba section. And after, made a b-line towards one of the tuba players and grabbed him by the chest and threw him aside. Then he started yelling to another tuba player saying that he just kicked him off the team. We were right next to this and several people saw this. Any news on this? Can you find out what went down? Bartner looked like he was on a roid rage!

What is the mood towards USC of the current recruits, those committed and those considering USC?
A: I saw a lot of recruits in the locker room after the Stanford game and they looked the same. Obviously it was quieter than after a victory but several stayed quite awhile and talked to assistant coaches.

Scott, you forgot to answer the band question. Why? Is Art not letting you visit the band office anymore after all your criticisms of his musical selection or do you just not care that Dr. Bartner physically attacked one of his students in front of small children.
