Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen reportedly received a black eye during an altercation outside a bar in South Bend.

You definitely have a good point. The point is that Clausen threw a punch first although it has NOT being confirmed by a reliable source. It doesn't seem clear to me JC's girlfriend's purse issue and her being pushed. I appreciate you posting those two links.
Finally SW should give you credit for the Clausens selling their near ND house.
