Blount Back

Here's the Pac-10's statement on LeGarrette Blount. Does this mean Oregon wlll not drop any more games?

Pacific-10 Conference Commissioner Larry Scott has approved a request from University of Oregon to reinstate suspended football player LeGarrette Blount. Blount was suspended for unsportsmanlike actions following Oregon's football game at Boise State in September.

"After a thorough review of the situation, I am convinced LeGarrette Blount paid a significant and appropriate price for the mistakes he made on the field, and that he has learned important life-long lessons," said Scott.

The reinstatement is effective immediately and Blount is eligible to play in Oregon's remaining football games.

ok nicely done. now could we please get a ruling on the Bush/Mayo consolidated case? it grossly unjust to keep the entire nation, the Pac-10, and worst of all, Souther Cal, on pins and needles waiting for a decision. after all the leaks and innuendo, could it be the NCAA has nothing? that is the only rational explanation isn't it?? if i were President Sample i would tell the NCAA to kiss my grits!

Charlie, what are you looking for? I don't think anyone but you is on pins and needles waiting for the shoe to drop. PS the only previous loss by Oregon was when Blount played.

why in the f*** is blount a 'big deal' worthy of 8 game suspension

when every other hothead only gets 1 game?

i am very sad that blount did not do good people things like swing a helmet at a face, eye gouge, or drag a woman down stairs by her hair or rape a gay sheep (oregon state)

sooner or later, another pac10 player will hit someone and only get one game suspended
