About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Know some crowd psychology.
Crowds can take on a life of their own, inspiring even rational people to exhbit dangerous behavior.
I follow SC football (and sometimes SC basketball) around the country, and I have stopped wearing my Trojans' gear into opposing stadiums. Drunken 20-year old students see you as a target.
I watched the video of the Oregon players leaving Arizona after their great victory. Some of the Ducks' players looked as if they were rubbing it in, and that angered an already angry Arizona student body. I saw quite a few objects being thrown from the stands. Can't say I have seen that before, but I hear foreign soccer crowds make our crowds look like boy scouts.
Waking up to find Amanda Pflugrad isn't so bad.
Perhaps it is a coincidence, but she was named Cheerleader of the week by SI (unless this is an old award). I waw this while viewing a Peter King article.
There are 24 photos. Enjoy.
