USC 69, UC Riverside 55
A well-balanced effort as four players are in double figures. Did I already say I'm a big fan of Kevin O'Neill?

About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Don't look now, but our basket ball team might stack up a higher win total than the football counterpart pretty soon. After that Stanford debacle, any win by SC is a refreshing news. Fight on!
Neal, I would curb your enthusiasm for USC basketball. But, you are right - a win is a win.
And 11 wins would be an extremely modest goal for a basketball season.
Mike, I understand you're being realistic about it, but I don't think what you said would do a whole lot to boost the morale of our kids indoors.lol. Btw, there's a good possibility our basketball team might not set the new record for the most points scored against us, and that alone might be quite a feat, don't ya think? Jeez, I still can't get over that Stanford disaster.
And when Stepheson can play and Washington returns for most of the Pac-10 part of the season, SC might have enough inside strength to be competitive. Of course, Lewis has to have an All Pac-10 year and I don't know if he is consistent enough to do that.
Still, after Floyd's departure I was wondering if SC would be able to suit up a starting-Five with qualified athletes.
