Ticket Tale Update
Last week's story of a disgruntled basketball season-ticket holder who could not get his tickets upgraded and saw the athletic dept. sell better tickets for a cheaper price on an individual basis has a satisfactory ending. Here's what happened:
``Just wanted to let you know, I received a very nice phone call today from the
USC Ticket Office and my issue has been resolved. Essentially they want to avoid
an issue that happened with football with season ticket holders being left out
in the cold when their seats get reassigned to donors down the line.
I told them i rather have better seats now and get moved when the program rebounds,
then have worse seats now. So they obliged my request on the condition that
donors could get my seats down the line.
So yeah, kudos to them for responding and being informative. Just thought i'd
pass along the update and give them credit where credit is due.''
