All-Rookie Team

Brian Cushing, Clay Matthews and Mark Sanchez were named to the Pro Football Writers' all-rookie team. Cushing was named rookie of the year.

Anytime Trojans do well in the NFL, it should be good for recruiting. That means the program is prepping them well for the next level. It also means NFL teams won't shy away from Trojans that excel in college (thinking they're just system guys, a la University of Florida receivers in the 1990's)
