A: He is a colorful figure and his enthusiasm is what appeals to recruits because he's done a good job at it whether at USC, Ole Miss or Tennessee.

A: Not to my knowledge but I don't think they would want to hire him. Besides, when you always get the best high school kids to come work for you, of course they will go on to colleges and start.

Exactly why I inquired...getting the best kids to come work for you. He'd be a hell of a teacher and recruiter.
