Four-star Lache Seastrunk (Temple, Texas) will not take a scheduled trip to USC following the coaching change, ESPN affiliate Web site DuckTerritory.com reports.

"No, I am not visiting USC this coming weekend. I don't plan on visiting USC at this point. I'm aware of the new coach and it will likely not change my decision moving forward. I have cancelled this trip, I have no other visits planned, and I'm actually hoping to have my decision very soon."

Oregon, Auburn, LSU and Memphis along with the Trojans are believed to be the schools still under consideration for the ESPNU 150 prospect.

This sounds as bad news since Oregon may land him. Also, with D.J. Morgan injured and Dillion Baxter possibly decommiting , USC may not have a running back recruit that will play.

I hope as a USC fan that Baxter stays.

i also found it amusing that in his Tennessee parting presser, Coach Andy Dufrense called Southern Cal..."Southern Cal". i have been scolded on numerous occasions about using that "disrespectful" term.

These pathetic bRUINS are not thinking that they could somehow damage or even destroy our football program by loitering around here, are they? It looks like they "think" they smelled the blood with that possible NCAA sanctions which has been in the news for the last few years. But look knuckleheads, USC football is an institution, and a very special one at that. I don't believe we would be punishable in any measure, but even if we were, that's not going to be nearly enough to destroy us. We'll ALWAYS be around in college football as one of the most prestigious programs in the country. As for the bRUINS, NOT!!! LMAO!!!

I *never* got USC's problem with "Southern Cal." First, it is absolutely crystal clear to what the speaker is referring, unlike the unfortunate confusion with South Carolina (which, contrary to popular belief, didn't finally settle on the University of South Carolina name until 1906). Here in Chattanooga, calling it "Southern Cal" makes things much easier.

Also, the outfield wall (IIRC) at Rosenblatt Stadium just looks stupid with 11 championships for Southern Cal and one for U.S.C.
