Nope, USC just sucks at hoops.
No. Pac-10 officials in general aren't qualified to do high school games. They make terrible calls across the conference.
don't forget the pac-10 still has a reputation to uphold as the worst officiating in football and basketball. it's all about pride. =D
You know I really can't say yes or no but they do call some weird games, they used to be the best 20 years ago. I have always found with questionable refs you must remember to finish do not rely on them. When they do make bad calls just look to see who they are and next time you see them in public kick there butt.
