Memo To USC-UCLA
Since the crowd was a joke at Saturday's USC-UCLA basketball, can we allow the USC band and spirt squad back into Pauley Pavilion next year? UCLA won't sell out with its product. And USC can gladly return the favor at the Galen Center.

great idea, wolfman. and normally, i would personally recommend this to Dan G.
however, the answer is a stern NO because of the deporable treatment received by Bruins from a near psychotic Mike Garrett screaming at our fans to shut up and sit down, and by the vulgar words of hot-head Coach Coop who was raining F-bombs on us like 3pointers.
now i see where all the cyber-bullies on your blog learn their behavior. so thanks wolfman, but no thanks.
"UCLA won't sell out with its product."
What? No Sell out? Is there a shortage of bags in Westwood?
This is something I totally agree with.
Even in "good" years UCLA should allow TMB and spirit squad into Pauley. I believe it helps add to the atmosphere of the rivalry.
To take up empty seats, perhaps fU¢LA should rope off a section and put the Eagle Bank piggy bank trophy on permanent display at Pauley.
Good one DFWtrojan,
Maybe we can show off our AWESOME snack tray, the NUT BOWL Trophy in our always empty GAYlen center seats. fight on!
Mens BB at SUC Gaylen Center attracts 3000 fans. That is a joke. Galen must be rolling over in his grave trying to kick himself in the ass. His widow must have regrets for donating all that money and no one shows up to that beautiful facility.
WTF - well, since fucla is dead last in the conference, it has not exactly rung the attendance charts either, so empty seats in the worst major basketball conference in the country are a common occurrence.
But at least the Galen center is a nice facility, as opposed to polly pavilion which needs demo asap - don't they need a parking structure or another police station, one for newweasel alone, on campus?!!!
Well...regarding WTF's comments about the low number of fans who show up a Galen to support USC basketball...that really is a shame. We have a great new facility and regardless of the talent level of the basketball team, Trojans should come out and support them.
We are not just Trojan football fans. We are Trojan fans and that means supporting them in all sports, including baseball and the women's sports. It is embarrassing that even with good basketball teams, that there are thousands of empty seats.
hey trojandick....do you really want to bring up crime? university of suspects and criminals?
