I really find that hard to believe.
One Major point nobody is talking about is that it was Mike Garrett who under harsh criticism from now Caesar’s pizza munchers had the forsight to hire him. MG has quietly supported Carroll giving him every opportunity to win at USC. Despite Garrett's class, Caesar has slapped him and all of us in the face. When Pope Urban sacrifices his health to maintain recruiting, Cesar tells Brennan to pack his bags and ditches his website and twitter account. To this loyal SC fan that speaks volumes. Good riddance Cesar.
People are speculating on Garrett when Caesar should shoulder the blame. If anything MG cleaned Caesar’s mess at every turn to keep this machine rolling. it is undoubted that Caesar was a great recruiter, however there was much to be desired when it came to X's and O's. USC won with talent, especially when his abrasive personality chased away the likes of Norm Chow, Ed Orgeron, Carl Smith etc...
I will place my full unwavering support behind MG to IMPROVE the program and lead us to promising and fruitful future. For everyone who is bad mouthing MG, support a TRUE Trojan and forget about the premadonna. FIGHT ON...

Why the bitterness at PC? He came here and resurrected this donkey back to Trojan greatness. He wasn't even the first choice to come here but when he did, he fullfilled his job and became the greatest head football coach in history! Now he gets a shot at an advancement, a raise, a bigger and better job....like what America is all about! He don't owe any of us squat!
Good Luck PC, I hope we get another diamond in the rough like he turned out to be.

there sure are a lot of usc cryers on here. who cares if he hires chow. i mean really, WHO CARES? this is NFL business, not USC's anymore. get over it, move on; the world will still exist tomorrow.
sidenote: He's still the best USC football head coach we've ever had, in a LONG time.
