Penn State has frozen the 2010 prices for season-ticket holders. Will USC follow suit?

Perhaps they should think about even lowering them slightly. Once the NCAA sanctions and losses come, the place will again be a ghost town like it used to be under the Paul "Can't" Hackett era. Now's the time to try and build some last minute loyalty and hold on to as many bandwagon fans as possible.
