Is this really the best staff in the nation? I am not sure it is the best staff in Los Angeles.

Three DCs and two BCS conference HCs are the best staff in LA, state of CA pro or college, and best college staff in the nation. Why would anyone go to U¢LA when elite NFL coaching and a better education is available at USC?
The Unusual Suspects - that's what they should be called. What happened to Kennedy Pola? Norm Chow? I was hoping for the Dream Team but got Nightmare on Figueroa Street.

Whether this "staff" (and it is hardly that with only 5 assistants and no S&C coordinator) will be determined in a matter of a few months because spring ball is around the corner. They did stop the recruit bleeding so I assume some credit is due them. However, Kiffany & Co. is really not doing themselves a favor by deleting Carroll's entire administration. Pac-10 championships came regularly to Pete Carroll's cast and perhaps you like your guys, but how can you deny proven success? Seems like Kiffany & Co. need a lesson in Business 101: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
