In search of a real-game atmosphere, USC coach John Robinson bused the Trojans down to Cal State Fullerton for a scrimmage at Titan Stadium on Saturday night.
And after barely a week of practices, the scrimmage probably just reinforced Robinson's preseason analysis of his team.
USC's defense dominated the evening, particularly the veteran front line of Darrell Russell, Matt Keneley, George Perry and Willie Lowery. They harassed the inexperienced offensive line throughout the 101-play scrimmage.
