Tweet Of The Time
From Pete Carroll 30 SC football players graduated today... How about those guys getting done? Amazing... One of my proudest days
How many did he refuse to draft or give bad draft advice that went against his ``new'' philosphy on underclassmen as the Seattle Seahawks coach?

Yeah he should have drafted 30 Trojans.
DOH.
Consistency.
wow, the is a reason I never come here. truly pathetic vendetta against Pete just bc he didn't invite wolfie to his bday party.
Pete: respected, loved, rich, famous, awesome
Wolf: jealous bald loser
Seriously,
Pete makes a nice Tweet, and you somehow have to make it negative.
Let it go.
John McKay drafted Ricky Bell over Tony Dorsett. Think he wishes he could have changed that?
Let's see, Pete is now the coach of the Seattle Seahawks. So far he is doing his job to make that team the best it can be. Most people seem to think he is doing a good job of it, as do I. Then he congratulates the former kids he's coached and you rip on him for it? What a jerk.
Now what could have been mean is if he wished them all to be lonely, creepy old bald men that obsess over cheerleaders and bubble gum pop songs and write a jab filled bitter blog about his former school and thier athletic program. That would be below the belt.
The Negative Journalist strikes again!
Scott just reaffirmed the old adage: "No good deed goes unpunished."
Tweet of the Time? sounds like a new candy treat!!
Yummy for the Tummy!
However I would suggest that the trOJies who continue to support Petey are All Day Suckers!
Scott, you had a pretty positive post with Carroll tweeting that 30 USC players graduated. Why did your second comment have to be so negative about Carroll not drafting his own players. The NFL is a business and I think you know that, and Carroll has to draft the best players and not just the ones he coached.
I know this is your blog and you can post whatever you want, but when there is positive news leave it alone and don't spin it. Let the fans decide and enjoy the positive news.
Here's a tweet from Count Smackula:
UCLA whips Southern Cal in baseball racking by up 13 runs!!!
Count 'em, 13!!!
(And Kru has still not paid Chan Ho)
smackula...
no one gives a flying f about collegiate baseball.
A, D-Bag comment from a D-Bag reporter!
Enough said!
This is near the heap of a big pile of truly classless posts.
However, if you look at the list of the players that graduated, you see what a half assed job you do. Nearly all (26 of 30) of the guys that are walking through the graduation ceremony are still on the team and aren't even eligible for the draft, have already been drafted or were walk-ons. By my count the number of guys he could have even "refused to draft" is about 2; Charles Brown & Will Harris... and he picked up Harris as a free agent! Is this really a crusade because Carroll didn't draft Averil Spicer & Zach Herberer?
If you still haven't turned the page when / if Mays & Williams graduate, maybe you can dust this off again, but for now you are once again a piss poor, petty, argument trying to make a coach look bad for being proud of a bunch of his ex-players getting their degrees. Please try harder in the future.
Evil,
Too bad the Negative Journalist does not "read" the comments section. Spot on post!
Willy: oh no you didn't!!!
ROFLMHO!!! (rolling on floor laughing my head off)
You go, Willy!
Markus: Well the thousands who attended the game care about baseball. I do. Wolf does. or are you suggesting he only posts baseball news that instigates the readers? If I thought that, why would I continue to visit this blog?
(this post has been double checked to ensure it contains nothing profane or offensive)
What a strange world you live in, Scott Wolf.
Why you consistently subject yourself to well-deserved ridicule and scorn is beyond me.
Trojan SF.........well said. He needs to let it go. It's getting strange and awkward. Why not report daily on Robinson or Hackett?
PC deserves nothing but respect and admiration. Anyone who has ever led people knows that you will never please everyone, but PC was in almost every respect incredible as a coach and showed good character as a leader. The haters that aim to undermine the good done by others deserve scorn and ridicule.
Hey, let's not forget Larry Smith and Ted Tollner...on the other hand...
Solid post by Evil Robot.
