Incoming freshman Robert Woods of Serra High in Gardena ran the fastest time in the 400 meters (47.45) among the four CIF-Southern Section prelim track meets held over the weekend.

You have to have heart to run the 400. It's a sprint for the full 400. You can't run this race without experiencing pain.
