In all honesty, I hope not. Young men think they are indestructible but even 20+ years later we all remember the tragedies of Hank Gathers and Reggie Lewis. If he chooses, Frankie can earn a USC degree for free and go on and coach the game he loves for many, many years.
if he has a previously congenital heart defect then it likely is that same defect called congenital hypertrophic hypertrophy. This is the heart problem that causes athletes to INSTANTLY DIE on the field. Good luck getting cleared anywhere and god help anyone who does. Crushing news.
