After the B12 South merger, the new name should be the Pacific Southwest Conference, or PSW for short.
Pacific Southwest Conference is a great name. I hope they use it. One nice thing is that they won't have to change the name if they add additional schools.
Other name ideas:
* Western Collegiate Athletic Association
* USC and the 11 Dwarfs (assuming they'll add another soon)
* MSNBC conference (after they fire all the underperforming talk hosts)
* The EHRNC ("Everybody Hates Rick Neuheisel Conference").
Big Ten = Cash Conference
Pac Ten = Wannabe Cash Conference
Big-12 = RIP Conference

at this point, it is likely we will be pac12 with a south division and a north division of WA/OR schools + Colorado and Utah
like I said before, Texas is afraid of USC and would rather win a weak conf than play in a strong one
