intereting...despite all the crying, behind the curtain of the polling booth, the trOJies seem to admit their appeal chances are nil.

this is progress. withdrawing the appeal is the next step. why set up the already reeling program for yet another devastating let down??

I guess that's about as accurate as saying that "everyone" at UCLA was "100% confident" that we would get the NCAA death penalty. We are, on the other hand, "100% confident" that no matter what happens next we'll end the season still better off than UCLA football.
