"Though not a mega-millions booster, I am an alumnus and a booster. I feel that Mike Garrett's days as Athletic Director should have been over many years ago. His latest behaviors, from Pete Carroll stepping down, to the mis-hiring of Norm Chow, to the embarrasment of a reaction to the NCAA sanctions, should be the last straws.

"When I spoke with another alum about Garrett, he remarked, 'He knows something. Maybe where the bodies are buried, but he knows something about someone!' This could be the only reason, I agreed, that Garrett is still working for the University."

I wish your editors would ask the posters on this site what they think of you. Probably similar to what the boosters think of Garrett.

Here's that fool again "nobs" saying absolutely nothing only being rude and sarcastic. Let's see some concrete evidence to support Garrett being retained by your way of thinking if you have anything worthwhile to offer for this discussion. Waiting for your tirade with great anticipation.

Another website is www.sackgarrett.com to voice your concerns to the Administration at USC. There are a number of reasons besides the ones listed above to terminate his contract now which agree should have happened a few years ago with the baseball program fiasco of hiring a new coach.

Sure T5, let's get another Mike McGee. Look at the record. You are angry because you have been kicked to the curb by the department and you know it. Too bad for you. I'm sure the Administration will pay close attention to some stupid website that losers are attracted to. You don't give money, you only complain. When Mike is eventually replaced, you'll find something else to pi$$ and moan about.
