Seantrel Henderson remains in limbo after visiting Miami last weekend. Meanwhile, linebacker Glen Stanley is looking to transfer to Florida State. Sources said his transfer is not related to NCAA sanctions. But I doubt USC will give him a release to allow him to transfer without sitting out a year.
Wow! And that was the only linebacker we signed for this class. When was the last time that 'SC was so thin at linebacker?

I think losing henderson is a HUGE blessing is disguise folks! I have been saying it for weeks. I stopped caring for Seantrel Henderson before he made his original committment to SC. That NY Times article that detailed how he and his father tackled recruiting turned me off. His father was miffed that Pete Carroll left for Seattle and "didn't give him a call". Seantrel made Randy Shannon wait two hours in his living room while he had his hair done. Randy Shannon must be desperate to wait that out. I'd never wait that long for a recruit, especially if it takes him two hours to do his hair. What kind of man spends that long doing his hair? I just see too much prima donna need for coddling from this kid. This is football--no coddling!

this is soooo two days ago (or two months for Seantrel). We should start calling this the spedjones blog because I've got all the scoop.
