Did Ugly Bucket actually write something? Sorry I did not read it. Is it true that if somebody writes something, and nobody reads it, it is as if it was never written, much as an anonymous leaf falling in the forest?

There is no point in reading Ugly Bucket, it is the same ol', same ol'. Let me guess, without having read his most recent piece, it has something to do with Wolf being the greatest since sliced bread.

Since the candy business is slow, Ghost Bucket now works part time for Scott Wolf. Now we will be able to get all the westwood elementry scoop. Maybe I have this wrong, SW works for Bucket. It don't really matter, the scoops are the same.

LJ, as ugly as Bucket probably is he will never take the crown for ugliest Bruin troll. That title will forever be held by Mr. Manssierre himself, Ultimate Bruin.

I'm sure all the Oklahoma fans are up in arms about that game (Orange Bowl 2005). I mean, Jason White almost led them to victory (if not for the fact that they were playing the Trojans).

That game was probably the second most satisfying USC game I watched that decade. The most satisfying? USC vs. Notre Dame 2002. Beating the Irish by 31 points (the first of three straight 31 point margins) was even more sugary sweet than Chucker Bucker could ever imagine.

Because as much as we hate Notre Dame, at least we respect them. Yes, they are worthy adversaries, which makes beating them sweet. UCLA? No, there is no joy in beating the gutty little bruins. There is only shame if we should lose. Thankfully, we only lost one time during Pete's tenure. That year did hurt, but the other eight inhalations almost made that one loss worth it. Almost.

sureshot, I know how you feel...kicking your asses for eight straight years was sweeeeeeeeeet indeed...eight straight is a string that USC has never been able to do against the mighty Bruins. Also didn't Notre Dame beat you clowns 13 straight years? during that same span in which UCLA spanked your trOJie asses?

It was undisputed. The NCAA ignored a mistake in their findings that USC corrected prior to their decision. The mistake was when Reggie's father started to receive benefits. They used the car as the first item given in Dec. of '04 with the next benefit listed in the spring of '05. The problem is that the car was also in the spring of '05 not Dec. of '04. The NCAA failed to correct their mistake and as I understand the NCAA absurd rules that is not an appealable item. The only way USC can correct their mistake and reclaim their earned BCS title would be to sue the NCAA in court. After the appeal process has been completed they very well may pursue the NCAA civilly.

Sureshot, there is always joy when USC beats fUCLA, and it sucks when we lose to them....If I can recall that far back. The bRuins are the cross-town rivals. fUCLA's failure to perform during this century should not detract from one of college football's great traditional rivalries. They still suck, though.
