SW, could you get an interview with Todd McNair?
It seems they just took anything they could glean from Lloyd Lake's inconsistent interview and turned it against McNair.
It did not matter that there was no one other than Lake that said USC had any knowledge.
So, they had to take the word of a money motivated, ex-con?
Todd McNair may not be a saint, but it might be good to have some evidence before they discount everything Todd McNair says.
Also, would it be wrong for you to interview Reggie Bush and just ask him, did USC have any knowledge of the things that are alleged to have occured between your family and Lloyd Lake?
I know legally he cannot say anything occured, but it is possible to word it in a way to get it on record from his families knowledge?
Lloyd Lake said he used USC and going public to pressure Bush into giving him money. Bush instead took it to the FBI as extortion and then the legal process with lots of closed agreements.
Seems USC found out mostly through the press as to allegations.

Lake tried to pressure Bush into paying him money? you betcha!! the money HE WAS OWED!!
and only a deposed trOJie would consider photos, phone records and an alibi witness who blew up in McNair's face to be "no evidence"
oh well, more fun for justice seekers and Bruins!!
AUUUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Hi Caesar,
I agree with you!
Hi Ghost,
The problem was that the two ex-cons did not want what they paid the father-in-law of Reggie, they wanted ten times more and they ended up getting it! They made off with $600K. If you look through all of the receipts the gave to the NCAA and the press, they gave the family of Reggie less than $60K and that includes the home and Reggie's old cheap car. They made out like the bandits that they are!
