Ed Orgeron with crutches in a fight against Heather "no longer McCartney" Mills. The fight takes place on the sand by the beach. Who wins

A: Is moving allowed? I have to take Heather Mills if they can move because Orgeron is pretty slow on his crutches. Now if they are kept in a small area and may not run away, I'll take Orgeron.
