Gee Scott, great scoop. Do you ever wonder why nobody in the athletic dept likes you?
USC is in the process of appeal. The only sanctions that are currently in effect are the self-imposed sanctions...i.e. a 2010 bowl ban. That said, there is little doubt that USC will need to delete references to Reggie Bush, and is doing so. It's a big job...made easier by the assisance of journalists who harbor petty grudges aganst USC and the trolls who patronize them. Thanks, fellas.
