UPDATE: Most of those 63% were trojan fans, repeatedly voting to skew the result.

The Heisman Trust people are hypocritical losers. It's easy to jump on the bandwagon now. He's in the wrong, but Reggie may have one-upped them.

USC is on probation in football directly due to Bush's actions while at SC. He disgraced the school, team and teammates. He will carry the shame of being the first Heisman win to give up this honor. Even if others in the future do the same, he will be forever know as the first. And when he dies, the coverage in the media and his obituary in the press will mention this sad fact first and foremost when discussing his life.

We haven't seen a positive bruin comment on this blog since Bucket told us how witty and clever he is, multiple times in fact.
I read the canned report from the Heisman Committee and my take is that they were prepared to take back the trophy. They used the magical words "ineligible player," so it is clear that Bush simply wanted to save a little face.
Do you realize that it has been nearly 5-years since Bush's last season with the Trojans. Can we now put all Bush matters behind us?
You can bet Bush has SC in his rear view mirror. SC is a mere minor nuisance to him at this point. He has made his millions and he is a household name. Isn't that every young American's dream?
