Minnesota president Bob Bruininks was not in a great mood after the Golden Gophers were upset by South Dakota.
``I don't feel very good; I feel pretty low about this game, and I think everybody else does," Bruininks said. ``I would regard this as a setback, but I don't think it's a long-term setback. We need to make it a temporary one. We've got to put this behind us and get ready for next week.''
But he quickly turned his attention to USC.
``If we upset Southern California, people will quickly forget this game,'' Bruininks said. ``That's a tall order, but I think we can do it.''
