USC is a 24-point favorite over Washington State. Can Lane Kiffin finally cover the spread for the first this season?

If we stop going for unnecessary 2pt conversions. It's not a video game!

If the Kiffer can't beat WSU by more than 40, he should resign and SC should drop football.

Statistically, a football team should never punt and should always go for two...look it up.

Just a little (whore)house keeping...any of you knuckleheads out there (there's so many to chose from)..have any INSIDE INFO on how the appeal is going...Yea,,the one involving Reggie...yea the guy who had his Heisman taken away over the weekend..yea the same Reggie who was called an IDIOT by former coach Sarkesian, yea that Reggie. I wonder (wink wink) if the NCAA is going to take the weekends events into consideration or chose to listen to some TROGAN BLOWHARD who's still convinced , So Cal did nothing wrong? Could Garrett have been correct? Stay tuned.
This WILL BE YOUR YEAR!

And congrats on beating that Division 3 Houston team!

Here's my worthless .02...

USC will ask the NCAA to count this year as one of the years of scholie reductions...the NCAA will allow it. My bet is that the NCAA will reduce the ban to 1 year and the scholie reduction to 5 per year for 2 more years.

I have absolutely no reason to believe this way, I simply do.

Merry Christmas, Bruins.

And in other TROJAN NEWS:
-DT Fili Moala of the Colts scores a TD off an E. Manning fumble.
-LB/DE Clay Matthews has 3 sacks in each of his first 2 games (total of 16 sacks in 18 games).
-Mark Sanchez throws 3 TDs to beat the New England Patriots.

That's all that comes to mind at the moment; I'm sure there are more NFL Trojan highlights.

...just sayin...

Fight on!

You are a little confused, Houston was the preseason favorite to win Conference USA. Coming into the UCLA game they were averaging more than 60 pts. per game. Their Quarterback was considered to be one of the best in College football. They came in ranked #24 in the country. UCLA held them to 13 pts.
Southern Cal will end the season at 5 wins and 8 Loses..The early season CREAM PUFF schedule will come in to play. Lame will be on the hot seat (Haden doesn't care for his type, Parks and Recreation-Maybe it was Recreational Vehicles? Majors from Fresno State?), sleazy, back stabbing, loud mouthed, pompous, arrogant, (you want more?, just GOOGLE Lame Kiffen). Arrivederci baby! You pick his EXIT DATE...though it will be sooner than we all think.
How's that appeal going?
5 Wins, 8 loses....This will be your year!
Fix on Troxan!

.....Bahahahahaha!!!!!!! Conference USA!!!!!!
They're not even an automatic qualifying BCS conference, you dumbsh!t!!!
60 points per game against terrible teams is good?
Do you know what "hype" is? Well that's what Houston had. No substance.
You beat a Conference USA team--This could really be YOUR year!!!
Fight on!

I'm embarrassed to stoop to new low's, but here goes..
Hawaii UNRANKED. (Hawaii?, really?) put up 36, "THIRTY SIX points" against your 4-5 STAR LOADED so cal defense...while your always dangerous multi dimensional offense managed 49 pts against the dreaded Rainbows. Impressive! (you should of lost the game)

Virginia (unranked)...oh yea...a real barn burner..That OFFENSIVE MACHINE DESTROYED little Virginia and put up a WHOPPING 17 points TOTAL (not per quarter, but for the entire game!), while allowing 14 points. YOU outscored Virginia by 3 points! BRAVO! VERY IMPRESSIVE (and you wonder why after each "win", your position in rankings DROPS).

Minnesota (unranked)..A team that strikes fear into.....NO ONE! Forecast to finish LAST IN THE CONFERENCE (0-8) Again your SUPERCHARGED offense put up 32 BIG ONES while allowing 21 points to these CELLAR DWELLERS. Excuse me for not being impressed.

Me thinks you're in a little too over your head. Maybe you want to try another angle?

How about the APPEAL?

5 and 8 is pretty SOLID
This will be your YEAR!
Fix on Troxan

1) Being 4-5 star recruits doesn't matter when they're all freshman and sophomores (playing 2 of first three games on the road).
2) We put up 17 points in our 2nd game. UCLA put up 0.
3) K-State went 6-6 last year--Bruins lose.
4) Houston plays in Conference-USA and has never played in a BCS game. No NFL talent. Good win (at home) Bruins.
5) Really? 0 points against a Stanford defense? That's impressive. Didn't think Stanford could shut out a Pac-10 offense. Bruins=new low.

I'm sure UCLA will be "competitive" on the road @ Texas. Then you'll say "at least we were competitive against a legit team." Nice try. No moral victories in the box score.

Scoreboard!

USC: 3-0
ucla: 1-2

No need to continue right?

FIGHT ON!!!!!

ThaiMex and most other UCLA fans are such pansies. Constantly making excuses for why the bRUINs suck. Constantly trying to bring down SC for only "barely" winning some games. Accusing SC of being cheaters and what not.
And with all of that..... the box score stays the same!

USC: 3-0
ucla: 1-2

Fight on!

@USC owns South Central, hahaha yeah right...USC has dad 4 and 5 stars every year the last 6 years, they are not all freshmen and sophomores, obviously you're a bandwagon fan, I know more about your team than you do, loser. UH had the best QB in the country, projeced to be the first QB in the next draft...you don't jack shit. Stick to crochet, loser.

Bahahahahaha. BruinRob you moron.
Matt Kalil, Khaled Holmes, Robert Woods, Nickell Robey, Jawanza Starling, TJ McDonald, Devon Kennard...
....ALL OF THEM ARE 1st and 2nd year starters you complete IDIOT.
LMAO! Get a clue moron.

FIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bruin Rob is a Moron Author Profile Page said:

HAHAHAHAHA Houston's QB was projected as the 1st QB in the draft? HAHAHAHAHA... seriously..... HAHAHAHAHA....
He was an overrated spread offense QB from Conference-USA.. don't kid yourself, loser!
He was only projected for stuff like the Heisman because of the numbers he could put up against weak @ss defenses.
Andrew Luck, Jake Locker, and Ryan Mallett are all QBs projected ahead of him, YOU IDIOT.

FIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!

lbc trojan Author Profile Page said:

@BruinRob:
Seriously man, stop trying. Remember Graham Harrell of Texas Tech? Mirror image of Case Keenum at Houston. They're not Heisman QBs OR 1st-round draft picks, lol. Harrell went to the CFL or something. They're system QBs that don't pan out in the NFL.
Anyway, yeah USC has a lot of new starters and little experience, new coaching staff, limited depth.. so quit making excuses for why UCLA isn't as good as the Trojans.

USC: 3-0
UCLA: 1-2

Fight on

Not only did we beat Case Keenum, but we also beat the other 3 QBs Houston played. Most schools have a hard time winning with their #4 QB and Houston showed it.

Thai Mexican? Is that not the worst combination of DNA i've ever heard I don't know what is. Reading his hot garbage posts, I am not surprised that those are coming from a Thai Mexican. Go hang out with Jon Copper on his blog and celebrate your one overrated victory of the year.

As far as the spread, SC is 0 -3 ATS because of 2 point conversions and garbage time TD's. Can't see why this game will be any different. Sharp money is taking the points every week until SC proves me wrong. All i know is we are bout to be 4 and oooohhh baby and looking to rock the pac 10 this year with a big ass chip on our shoulder.

@ThaiMex - you realize Keenum came into the game "concussed" right? That might have made a difference when passing right into the chest of Akeem Ayers in the endzone. Just sayin'. (the gutty little bruins did play a good game though - I think I'll revise my prediction from 2-10 to 3-9)

@lbctrojan, regarding your "trojan news" - when did Fili Maola get out of jail?...also, who's making excuses? and I really don't think USC is better than UCLA, at all! UCLA has had one of the toughest schedules in the country, while USC has had the easiest schedule EVER. Had USC played the same schedule UCLA's had, I seriously doubt USC would be 3-0, in fact they would be 0-3 fact. I see USC going 4-6 the rest of the season. Sorry, I call it as I see it.
