Viewer Comparison
ESPN's Labor Day telecast of Boise State defeating Virginia Tech 33-30 was watched by 9,888,000 viewers (people 2+). The telecast ranks as the second most-viewed college football game on ESPN behind last year's USC-Ohio State game that averaged 10,586,000 viewers.

Yeah, but how many will tune in to Boise State vs. Wyoming, Oregon State, New Mexico State, etc. Too bad the MWC is losing Utah & Brigham Young or it would deserve a spot among the automatic BCS qualifiers with Boise State, Texas Christian, Utah, Brigham Young, and Fresno State.
The Country loves watching Western USA kids beat up on the Eastern Time Zone boys.......they just have a hard time admiting it publically.
The numbers don't even begin to tell the whole story. The 10+ million who watched USC v. Ohio State were lawyers, doctors, respectable professionals, great looking people, sweater vest enthusiasts -- mostly all around respectable college football fans. The 9+ million who watched BSU v. VTech were wife beaters, white supremacists, meth addicts, and dog fighting enthusiasts.
@BoscoH....I was going to comment that you left out Mass Murderers.......then I remembered 1994. Never mind.
wahaha... SC fan on Saturday, Raider fan on Sunday.
Nothin else to do on Monday.
