Hey guys, sorry I've been away but I had a bad case of dysentery. But I'm back with a sweeet scooop: a new name for the Bowl formerly known as the Eagle Bank Bowl -- a bowl which UCLA owns, by the way.
UCLA will be bowl-eligible soon enough -- which Bowl will it be? There are so many glittering bowls out there, but we can only attend one per year!
Meanwhile you Troxan clowns better clip your coupons for a Yoshinoya beef bowl, if you want to enjoy a bowl this holiday season.
Taste the beef!

Crunch time for Pac-10 leader & tied for seventh nationally in tackles for loss, Brandon "Grizzly" Bair.
Oregon has allowed two sacks in seven games, tied for 2nd in the nation. Meanwhile USC's defense has one less sack than the mighty D of Washington State.

pdxsiskiyou, That OR hasn't allowed many sacks shouldn't be surprising. Even if their O wasn't firing on all cylinders you have to keep in mind that they run 60% of the time. More significantly is that they typically allow only 4-5 TFL/game. (SC is only slightly better.) SC typically gets close to 6 TFL/game so I'd expect to see SC get 5 TFLs & 1-2 sacks. I'd expect OR to get 5 TFLs & 1 sack.
@Westwood ROB, LMAO that is the funniest post today, welcome back buddy, I'm sure I'm speaking for all the blogges on here when I say this, WE MISSED YOU ROB!
