It was great to see Galippo in there although he did get the questionable penalty on their last drive. Kennard is ALWAYS out of position. USC's 2 deep 4 under cover is porous. This is not the NFL. Can I see a blitz corner for once? Or, a safety blitz? Barkley was a stud tonight and Woods was phenomenal (except for the last drive dropped TD pass.) Start winning games, Lane.

Maybe the "gutty little" reference makes you UCLA fans feel good, but please do not apply it to the Trojans. Even in defeat, we're better than that.

I recall reading how right after Robinson had taken over from L. Smith, the team was congratulating themselves over a narrow loss at Penn State (I had the good fortune of attending that game). Anyway, the author reported that Robinson ripped the team for that attitude, explaining that that was not acceptable at SC. Robinson always felt that SC should not be content unless it was abttling for a spot in the top 5.
