The Cardinal plays as well against USC as a favorite as it does an underdog. Coach Jim Harbaugh pretends Pete Carroll is still coaching USC. Linebacker Owen Marecic makes eight tackles and rushes for two touchdowns. Andrew Luck wants to prove he is the best quarterback in the Pac-10. The Stanford band's NCAA sanctions halftime show does not fire up USC.

Wolf just called out the whole Leland Stanford Junior College for being predictably conventional every time they try to thin outside the box. Take that Lawyer Ralph!!

Hopefully, the TMB's halftime show will revolve around how SoCal takes all their water and kills all their precious Delta smelt, and there's nothing they can do about it.
