Coach Dennis Erickson wants to save his job. The Sun Devils decide they are tired of losing to the Trojans regularly, last winning in the series in 1999. The Trojans are put off by what is expected to be their smallest crowd of the season and feeling a post-Oregon hangover. Quarterback Steven Threet throws five touchdown passes and less than two interceptions
