With all the confusion over what happened with the fumbled snap play against Oregon, it now appears the problem was that quarterback Matt Barkley inadvertantly raised his foot twice instead of one time, which caused center Kris O'Dowd to snap the ball while Barkley looked at Lane Kiffin,
