USC's first basketball game of the season against UC Irvine on Saturday will be on 1260-AM instead of 710-AM. Apparently, the game is being pre-empted for USC football pre-game. But you already knew USC was a football school.

Let's see, a pre-season basketball game game that's one of thirty contests or a conference football game that's one of only thirteen contests. Pretty clear choice, even if SC wasn't a football school (which is clearly is).
That of course begs the question, "what would ucla do if a regular season football game ran up against a pre-season girls soccer game?" Which game gets preempted? Never mind. I think we all know the answer to that already.
