Scoring Streaks

| | Comments (3) |

After Oregon went on a 24-0 run to close out last week's game, Arizona State outscored USC 19-0 before the Trojans rallied with a blocked extra point and field goal. The one difference in the two scoring streaks is that the defense was not really at fault for most of it with the Sun Devils scoring on a kickoff return and interception for a touchdown.

And I don't know if you can really blame Barkley for the interception. Yes it was a little high, but he should have caught it.

Good observation. Yeah, after being down 2 possessions at halftime against Oregon, starting the 2nd half off on a 15-0 run was nice. Not sure why we keep staggering and haven't been consistent. We need to put together a game like the Cal game. But, defense made plays, offense made some, and special teams made several.
Fight on!!
