Basketball Request

Anyone who brings a new or used blanket to the game vs. Northern Arizona on Saturday receives two complimentary tickets to the game to benefit homeless shelters throughout the Los Angeles area.
Blankets should be brought to the USC box office at the Galen Center.
After the game, USCplayers will sign autographs for fans on the practice courts adjacent to the arena.

Nice initiative, but be careful on this...if one of the blanket receipents or their children receives a football scholarship to USC someday, the NCAA will be all over this as an extra benefit and give SC the Death Penalty.

Stay home and watch the Women of Troy Volleyball play Stanford in an elite eight match the same time as the basketball game. Fine to donate a blanket just drop it off later at a homeless shelter. The Galen Ctr. is desperate for fans in attendance for an unattractive opponent in mid-afternoon on a Saturday during the busy holiday season. The only game of merit at home was Texas that drew a little over 4k which is definitely disappointing even being on TV.
