@NKOBBED, they were tied with less than a second to play and the refs called a ticky tack foul that would normally not be called unless it's a hard or obvious foul, which in this case was neither. But hey, Kansas has a great team with a bunch of seniors, and have not lost at home the last 64 games. I like what I saw from the Bruins, win or lose this game showed me that we have a very good team. NC, Duke, and Kansas keep their players for 4 years, I wish UCLA players would also do the same, Kevin Love and Russel Westbrook would be seniors right now and Jreu Holiday would be a junior, do you think we would have won a couple of National title had these player stayed the four years?
Robbie: Like "if," "had" is a big word, as in, "said the Queen, 'Had I balls, I'd be King,'" or "Had I studied harder in high school, I'd have been admitted to UCLA." So it is what it is. And don't count the Trojans out. They showed last year what they could do. They exceeded all expectations. Coach O'Neill did a fantastic job.
As to Coach Lane Kiffin. He is really a pretty funny guy. Tells it like it is. Doesn't look through rose-colored glasses. And, you've got to love the dry humor. I do think he's here for the long run.
