He obviously can't be 50-50 and leaning towards returning at the same time. Getting Smith and Casey to return would be huge. If not, it will be a major loss for both the offense and defense. Those guys can't be replaced.
Scott, If I remember correctly, before the season, players with just two years of eligibility or less were allowed to transfer without having to sit out a year because of the two year bowl ban. Now that only one year is left on the bowl ban, are players with only one year of eligibility left allowed to transfer without penalty?
