Offensive tackle Tyron Smith said he is 50-50 on whether he will return for his senior season. But he also said he is leaning toward returning. Smith said he would make a decision next week.

Now that only one year is left on the bowl ban, are players with only one year of eligibility left allowed to transfer without penalty?
