Surprising Win

USC wasn't gonna make March Madness two years ago too. Until they won the Pac-10 tourney. This year's squad isn't as good, and they don't have DeRozan, Hackett, or Gibson, but crazier things have happened. Doubt it will, but fight on! Is it football season yet?

I thought we had a two year self-imposed ban on the post-season for basketball and this was year two.

It was only a 1 year self-imposed sanction. The recruiting limitations may have been multi-year.

This is a good win for our team, but we generally have played well on Thursdays, the real question is can we win a Saturday game.

Who said anything about being excited for the NIT ThaiFag? However, I am (not) excited to watch UCLA embarrass the Pac-10 again in the NCAA tourney like they did against 'Nova two years ago. Oh and who can forget, basketball powerhouse bRuins losing in 3 consecutive Final Four appearances?
At least when USC was good in football they actually WON big games. Remember, 6-1 in 7 consecutive BCS games? If UCLA is known for basketball, why haven't they won in nearly 2 decades? Sheesh.
