The Donkey likes that while the Trojans compete with the big boys for talent, it still takes a bit of time to kick the bruins in the ribs while they are down.
that's a shocker. quite an OL haul for USC - in the area of biggest need. add dawson and madden in the other area of need the staff gets an A. adding lee, blackwell and thomas would make it just an incredible class - probably #1 overall.

The Donkey loves this. White insults ucla, but they are so desperate for any OL they welcome him with open arms. The Donkey would like to point out to ms. charlie (bucket as in sperm receptacle?) that loosing the young OL doesn't affect USC in the least.
The Donkey reminds all of what CLK said last year: USC gets the kids that want to compete.

USC did nothing to strengthen their weakness, all they did was stockpile in positions they were already loaded at...dumb, dumb, dumb!

The Donkey asks a philosophical question. If there is no running game and the QB is scrambling for his life in the pistol offense, is there an offensive line?
@Mr. DonKey, the running game at UCLA was just fine last year, I believe we aveaged almost 5 yards a carry...it was the passing game that killed UCLA last year, passes dropped, overthrown, underthrown, injuries to our QBs...QBs unable to grasp the cocept of an offense that is not codusive to their style of play.
I don't know that Hundley will be ready to take over being fresh out of high school, but one thing for sure is, that Hundley is FAST and has a very strong arm and possesses excellent skills and is extremely smart. The offense that UCLA runs is exactly what the doctor ordered for Hundley and visa versa.
The OLine last year was made up of guys who would have been on the bench (except Eddie Williams) due to season ending injuries to key OLinemen,n (Sheller and Maieva) and ineligible players (Jeff Baca and Stan Hasiak) all these guys willl be back and now with the experience the other guys gained last year and the new guys coming in UCLA will be ready to have a very decent season and bring pride to Westwood once again.
