The Trojans routed the Buffaloes in the quarterfinals of the women's NIT. Ashley Corral made seven 3-pointers and scored 32 points. USC now travels to Illinois State for a semifinal game. That's not quite like going to New York for the men's NIT semifinals.

As for ucla ladies, their ass got taken apart in the second game of their tournament. Not good. Certainly, nothing to write home about.
