Greg Allen, a 6-3 shooting guard from Navarro Community College in Texas, officially signed a letter of intent with USC. Allen averaged 11 points and shot nearly 40 percent on 3-pointers.
He will challenge next season for a starting spot at shooting guard and should help USC’s woes against zone defenses. USC could still sign two more players and is looking at foreign players along with Wake Forest forward Ari Stewart.

solid pickup for USC. Allen is a great shooter and even better, a great defender. Basically, think Donte Smith’s offense with Marcus Simmons’ defense.
