Kiffin On Hamilton
Here is USC coach Lane Kiffin on the resignation of Tennessee athletic director Mike Hamilton, who hired Kiffin as the Volunteers football coach.
``It was saddening to hear the news this morning about Mike's resignation. My family and I are extremely grateful for the opportunity Mike afforded us at Tennessee. We really valued the support we received from him and his wife, Beth, and we wish them the best in the future.''
Tennessee has been running a shady athletic program for years. Phil Fulmer was never known as a choir boy. After all, the Fulmer Cup was created to commemorate and pay tribute to his lawlessness.
