A team from Desert Ridge High School (Mesa, Ariz.) won today's 7-on-7 tournament at USC's football camp. Desert Ridge defeated Rancho Verde in the championship game.
Rancho Verde defeated Westchester in the semifinals while Desert Ridge defeated Carson, which features wide receiver Darreus Rogers, who already committed to USC.
In other games, Carson defeated Santa Fe, Knight defeated Calvary Chapel (Downey) and Bishop Amat while Westchester defeated Morningside.

Well, I guess that's more believable than UCLA placing higher than 4th in the Pac 12 souf in the next 4 years.
