USC announced today that swimming coach Dave Salo received a five-year contract extension. Five years??? The women finished third and the men seventh this season.
But consider that UCLA does not even field a men's swim team and there really isn't any competition until you reach Stanford and Cal. I'd say the men's team underachieves on an annual basis. The women enjoyed having star swimmer Katinka Hosszu.
But let's wrap this up by saying the obvious: It's swimming.

i don't know who Zero-nobs is, but i like him or her a lot better than the real nobs!! kinder and gentler, no child or animal abuse, he/she does seem a bit gay....(but that is of no concern to me!!)
