Who Knew?

I'd never heard of the spy show, ``Covert Affairs,'' but I was near a TV where it was on tonight and a character blurted out, ``I swam varsity at USC.'' That caught my attention.
She looked a little too old to swim for Dave Salo, so maybe she also wondered about that five-year deal he just got.

I happened to be near a TV on Monday and heard Reggie Bush saying he did nothing wrong and USC needs to "get over it and move on like I did". When asked if you would've changed anything, he said: "no, you live and you learn, but I wouldn't change anything."
Judas.
Wolf doing comedy now? That's just turrible...Stay in your lane boy..
This is almost as bad as Charlize Bucksh*t's posts about cheating, and his 100 national championships in women's sports...
This blog is a complete waste of time.
As you can imagine a lot of TV shows have production staff (writers, producers, etc) that graduated from USC and UCLA. References to the schools in scripts are sometimes inside jokes or jabs.
I believe that they may have to get approval to use the schools name. I know that studio legal departments are very sensitive to getting sued by famous people if their name is used in a show, so I assume its a similar concern with schools. Some shows set in LA avoid using a specific school by making up names, which to me seems silly.
"The Closer" - an excellent show btw - must have a big inside rivalry going. The final episode last season had a suspect that went to undergrad at USC then graduate school at UCLA. The first episode of this season had two murdered brothers - one got his music degree from UCLA and the other his business degree from USC (and was working as his brother's manager).
I hope she wasn't talking about Southern Carolina.
On Law and Order Los Angeles, this past week, the murderer was a Hispanic UCLA women's soccer player who shot and killed her rich 'Anglo' boyfriend's father.
I kid you not.
