Speaking of Georgia, how is it that doctors at USC and Georgia differed on the neck injury of linebacker Jarvis Jones. His injury was deemed too dangerous to continue playing at USC but he had three sacks in a scrimmage this month for the Bulldogs.

USC doctors were extra-cautious and had his long-term health in mind.

Georgia's doctors are not as cautious and had the best interests of the football program in mind.

It's not a black and white, right and wrong issue. It's a judgment call involving a situation where the exact risk of further injury is probably speculative or unknown. Jarvis Jones was a great Trojan, and I wish him a long, injury-free career. Fight On!
